Hello Jim!!

We are progressing well. My son, who is 6, was very hesitant at first with doing the program, but he's jumped on board quit nicely. My son has a speech impediment, and reading is not something he enjoys.

I do a lesson every Monday evening and we work on that lesson through out the week. He brought home his report card this Friday and we were so excited that he went from an 81 to an 87 in Language Arts. Let's just say that Language Arts is not his favorite subject, but he has managed to bring his grade up to a very high "B". Of course we would be proud of him regardless, but its nice to be able to have proof to show him that practicing his reading has rewards.
